The Saoirse Learning Center was founded in 2018. The primary residence was built in 1999 and since 2018 several structures have been added. Two tiny mobile homes are currently on the property & negotiable. A total of 3 have hookups to electric and septic. The property is 70% in the 100 yr floodplain next to a wet weather creek. All structures were built out of the floodplain. The unrestricted property is zoned Mixed Use and could be used as a vacation rental village, winery, wedding venue, or residential farm.
